Investor concerns about the debt crisis contributed to establishing the European average of a 30-year loan at 4% stay in this week, according to Freddie Mac.
The figure was up 4.1% last week, the second lowest in 40 years, Freddie has a weekly poll on the terms offered by lenders in the home. The lowest average was recorded 3.94% four weeks ago.
Freddie Mac said lenders 15-year loan, a popular choice for homeowners who are at an average rate of 3.31% refinancing, first against 3.38% a week. This rate was below 3.3% for 3 weeks in late September and early October.
